Mid Strength Ale 2.5%

MIDDS

"Midds is on" is a classic Albany-ism uttered when Middleton Beach shows a glimmer of surfability.

Whether you've been or you're going, you're coming or you're staying, we made this beer for those times.

It's light, zesty & fresh with notes of kiwi, peach & pine with a dilly dallying bitterness.

Appearance: Light straw, slight haze, fine head with quick head dispersal

Aroma: Pine, Kiwi/Rockmelon rind, Citrus,Fresh

Flavour: Peach, Wheat, mild bitterness, malt, fine finish with dillydallying bitterness

Australian Lager 4.7%

EMU POINT LAGER

A crisp & crunchy experience, We've paired a simple malt mix with all Australian hops to create an easy

breezy Lager for when the going is good. Hints of Digestive biscuit, honey & granny smith.

Appearance: Straw to light golden, good head

Aroma: Malt, Honey, Fresh Granny Smith, low sulphur

Flavour: Malt, fresh apple & honey, digestive biscuit

Australian Pale Ale 5%

PONTOON PALE

Like a pontoon bobbing away in a protected bay, our Pontoon Pale Ale is reassuringly familiar.

Styled after new wave craft beer classics, it's got pine needle, grapefruit & tropical fruit aromas, a full body of bread, pear, and pine with lingering mineral bitterness. It's like the warm sun on cool, salty skin.

Appearance: Golden to light amber

Aroma: Tropical fruit, pine needle, grapefruit zest

Flavour: Full body, bready, pear & pine, bold lingering mineral bitterness

Fruit Kettled Sour 4%

PASSIONFRUIT SOUR

We made a simple, no-fuss Kettle Sour, which we proceeded to endow with a plethora of sumptuous Passion Fruit from our pals at Big Nanna Wines. Unsurprisingly, it has notes of Passion Fruit. Underneath that, though, you'll find subtle notions of wildflower nectar, lemon thyme, and minerality. Made with love and passion!

Appearance: Dark straw to honey gold with a good head

Aroma: Passionfruit, wildflower nectar, lactic acidity

Flavour: Passionfruit?! Lemon thyme, minerality, finishes with passion

Irish Dry Stout 4.8%

STOUT

When the weather is less than reliable, you can rely on this stout. Aromas of molasses, toffee, trail-mix & cacao lead you into a flavoursome delight with hits of choc coated Digestive, Satsuma plum & cranberry sweetness, rounded out with an old gold bitterness. It's like a muesli bar in the back of your glove box; a welcome surprise, thanklessly uplifting and there when you need.

Appearance: Dark, Red around the edges

Aroma: Trail-mix, Molasses, Toffee & Cacao

Flavour: Cocoa, Digestive, Satsuma & Cranberry sweetness & Dark Chocolate bitterness

Hazy IPA 6.2%

HAZY

It's Hazy, Duh! It's a beer with delicious malty sweetness, tropical aromas, and a solid mouthfeel paired with a sound bitterness. Discard that malaise-y phase-y with a paired bolognese and try a pint of this crazy hazy and leave feeling like a daisy!

Appearance: Light Golden to Amber, moderate Haze

Aroma: Tropical, Passionfruit, Grapefruit, Red Grapes, Citrus

Flavour: Malt and Tropical fruit, Mild Bitterness, full mouthfeel

Cold IPA 6%

CIPA

When the weather gets hot, the beer gets cold, and the best cold beer is CIPA. If you're enjoying this Cold IPA, you may glean aromas of fresh tropical fruits, watermelon chupa chups, and pineapple. Your palette might experience a rounded body with clean, crisp textures, fruity complexity, and lingering lime rind bitterness. Some may just simply enjoy a delicious, refreshing beverage.

Appearance: Light Straw, Fine white head

Aroma: Tropical, Watermelon Chuppa Chup, Pineapple, Grapefruit

Flavour: Rounded body with fruity complexity and a crisp, clean finish with a lingering lime rind bitterness

Indian Pale Ale 5.5%

IPA

IPA has been on a journey. From its beginnings as a long-haul, extra-hopped travel-proof beer to its divergence into sub-styles within sub-styles, it's become a classic and contemporary expressionist experimental paradox. Dune IPA is our expression in the form of a golden liquid with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus rind & toffee apple and flavours of candy, grapefruit and biscuits with a lingering but soft bitterness. Long may the IPA journey continue!

Appearance: Golden - Amber, clean & clear

Aroma: Pine, Pineapple, Toffee Apple, Fruit Salad, light diesel

Flavour: Malt & bread, Tropical Fruit, Riesling, candy, grippy and prevailing bitterness

Kölsch 3.8%

DRAUGHT

A Golden Gem of the South, our draught is brewed in a familiar style. It uses only locally grown Hallertau & Cluster hops from our friends at Great Southern Hops. Pair its scent of sweet bread, earth, Goji and petrichor, and its moderately bitter & acidic fruit finish with local oysters or seafood and a cool breeze on a hot day. It's a timeless, no-fuss beer with good intentions.

Appearance: Golden straw, clear

Aroma: Sweet bread, earth, petrichor, Goji

Flavour: Bread and Nice Biscuit, clean & crisp, moderate bitter finish with acidic fruits

  • Rose and Cardamom Saison

    ROSE and CARDAMOM SAISON

    Appearance: Gold Amber - Slight haze true to style. Fine smooth head.

    Aroma: Cardamom Spice, Pear skin, Rose, Meringue

    Flavour: Crunchy, Cardamom sweet & spice, clove, white pepper, 

    If you’ve ever dreamt of taking a stroll through Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar or Monet’s Garden then this beer will only encourage those flights of fancy. A French Farmhouse Ale steeped with fragrant and spicy Cardamom & Dried Rose Petals. Bold upfront festive spice melts away and unravels a funky, crunchy ale with delicate turkish delight rose sweetness rounding it out. Pair with Debussy/Satie.

  • Wet Hop Extra Special Bitter

    WET HOP EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER

    Appearance: Amber, head tint, haze

    Aroma: Tart Orange, Dankness & fresh grass, freshly cracked peppy leaves

    Flavour: Toffee, fresh pear, residual honey sweetness & pleasant lingering bitterness.

    A classic style at home in a low-slung pub is elevated with freshly picked Nugget & Chinook straight from the bines down the road at Great Southern Hops.

  • Xander's Red

    XANDER'S RED

    Appearance: Gold to Red, Moderate Haze, Off-White Foam

    Aroma: Candied Fruit, Sourdough Fruit Loaf, Mulberry & hints of oak

    Flavour: Malt, Bready Sourdough sharpness, dried/candied fruit and zest, dark berries, dry finish, toasted bitterness.

    Did you ever see the video of the guy beatboxing into a flute and were quite impressed? He’s pretty much playing two instruments with just his mouth! Xander’s Red is kind of like that guy in beer form. Pulling classic strings in a new and edgy way. A malty golden red body with candied fruit, fresh sourdough, dark berries, and toasty bitterness all sitting under an off-white head waiting to be sipped.


  • Spicy Marg Sour

    SPICY MARG SOUR

    Appearance: Light straw, nice bubbles, slight haze

    Aroma: Jalapeno Spice, Lime Rind, Ocean Breeze

    Flavour: Citrus, lactic acid, jalapeno, lime & saline

    Just like Aristos, this beer is full of surprises. A spicy little package of jalapeno, lime, salt & sour beer. It’ll lure you in with a hit of sour limey freshness and then give you a dose of warm Jalapeno spice and taper off with a clean saline finish. Though, unlike Aristos, it won’t surprise you in the aisle of a supermarket… for now.
